Job Summary: Monitors vehicle operations and routes in real time, identifies irregularities, and ensures compliance with safety and scheduling procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Support in emergency situations and operational failures • Monitor vehicle operations and routes in real time using tracking and monitoring systems; • Identify route deviations, unscheduled stops, and other irregularities, escalating to responsible departments when necessary; • Communicate with drivers and operational teams to ensure adherence to safety and scheduling procedures; • Prepare daily control and incident reports; • Assist in analyzing operational data to improve logistics processes; • Maintain contact with customers and internal departments to update delivery or service status; • Provide support in emergency situations, such as accidents or operational failures, following established protocols Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Food allowance * TotalPass * Health insurance * Dental insurance
