More information at: https://www.engemix.com.br/. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routine inspections on Fleet and Concrete Batching Plant equipment to identify deviations and correct them, ensuring equipment availability for production. * Lubricate industrial equipment and fleet vehicles by checking oil level and viscosity, topping up or replacing lubricating oils and greases to prevent abnormal wear. * Collect and send oil samples for analysis according to predefined guidelines, ensuring material is available for quality verification. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and minor assembly maintenance on Fleet equipment and concrete batching plant equipment at Engemix branch locations. * Weld equipment and parts following predefined procedures to maintain them in normal operating condition. * Repair general parts and equipment while maintaining standard paint finishes, adhering to drawings or instruction catalogs and standard maintenance operating procedures, to ensure accuracy of performed services. * Review maintenance requests submitted by operations to verify actual equipment maintenance needs. * Open and close maintenance work orders (labels) in the system for scheduling and execution of required maintenance activities. * Participate in driver and/or operator orientation sessions, instructing them on safety regulations and good equipment operation practices. * Keep the workplace clean and organized, and ensure equipment and tools remain in perfect working condition—cleaning, arranging for maintenance, and storing them properly for preservation. * Prioritize personal and third-party safety by observing existing signage, using personal protective equipment, and fully complying with internal norms and procedures as previously trained. * Participate in failure analysis of machines and equipment to identify root causes and propose solutions. * Support internal and external audits related to maintenance, quality, environment, and safety systems by providing necessary information to audit teams and assisting in correcting any non-conformities. * Monitor contracted companies’ maintenance services to ensure activities comply with defined quality requirements and standards. * Perform other tasks related to your area of expertise upon request from your immediate supervisor, aiming at professional development, growth, and career advancement, under supervision and guidance during execution. * Replace truck and wheel loader tires when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in diesel mechanics is desirable. * Knowledge of mechanical systems. * Knowledge of dimensional control. * Knowledge of mechanical technical drawing. * Knowledge of hydraulics. * Knowledge of pneumatics. * Knowledge of welding processes. * Hot Work Permit (TTO). * Knowledge of industrial or diesel mechanical maintenance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or diesel mechanical maintenance. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
