If you enjoy teamwork, pay attention to detail, and wish to contribute to a solid, market-recognized company, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead maintenance staff across Planning, Inspection, Scheduling, Mechanical, Lubrication, Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation areas. Develop, validate, and coordinate maintenance routines and activities. * Conduct maintenance workshops and training sessions for planners, analysts, and related areas to align knowledge and standardize management practices. Perform employee performance evaluations and ensure execution of the team’s individual development plans. * Manage improvement projects for productive equipment and utility efficiency. Implement maintenance strategies based on the Planned Maintenance Pillar (TPM/WCM/ISO 55000\). * Create and standardize maintenance KPIs via CMMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM and PROTHEUS), such as: Time tracking, Plan compliance, MTBF, MTTR, Breakdown rate, Maintenance cost breakdown by materials and services, Routine maintenance analysis, and operational activity analysis. * Responsible for developing and managing the annual maintenance and energy budget (OPEX), corporate contract management, and coordination of subassembly and tooling workshops. Engage in supplier development initiatives aimed at cost reduction and increased reliability. * Conduct Capital Employed (indirect inventory) studies, including: Criticality analysis, Stock level assessment (maximum, minimum, reorder point), Slow-moving items, Inventory turnover, and Obsolescence. * Promote interface with Equipment Engineering and Process Engineering teams during implementation of new assets, new products, or process changes—developing maintenance plan guidelines applying FMEA and LCC, defining budgets and standard procedures. * Ensure implementation of maintenance procedures across all Anhembi industrial units. * Promote interface with Equipment Engineering and Process Engineering teams during implementation of new assets, new products, or process changes—developing maintenance plan guidelines applying FMEA and LCC, defining budgets and standard procedures. * Ensure implementation of maintenance procedures across company units. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM module, Engeman, PROTHEUS, Power BI, among others. * Familiarity with reliability analysis tools (AQF, PDCA, CAPDo). * Solid experience in maintenance of injection, extrusion, blow molding, and liquid filling processes. * Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or WCM (World Class Manufacturing). * Experience with NBR ISO 9001:2008, NBR ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007\. * Knowledge and experience with regulations such as NR 13 and NR 10\. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Psychological support; * Wellhub; * Partnerships: Pharmacy, Stationery, and Optics; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * On-site cafeteria with breakfast; * Food basket; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Parking; * Monthly discount and donation of brand products; * Vaccination campaign.
