Operational monitoring and preparation of managerial reports **POWER GERADORES is hiring!** We seek a strategic, organized professional with strong negotiation skills to work in logistics management, freight contracting, and operational monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** * Freight contracting and negotiation with third-party and affiliated drivers * Quoting and closing freight loads with focus on cost-effectiveness * Logistics planning of routes, itineraries, and delivery time windows * Monitoring pickups, deliveries, and operational performance * Issuing and verifying transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, manifests, waybills) * Using freight platforms, especially **Fretebras** * Controlling freight-related expenses, tolls, fuel, and other operational costs * Preparing managerial reports and logistics performance indicators * Supporting internal customers and operational departments * Prospecting new transportation partners * Managing preventive and corrective maintenance of the company’s fleet, where applicable * Maintaining vehicle and driver documentation * Resolving on-route incidents and providing emergency support **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight contracting * Experience working with third-party drivers and affiliated carriers * Knowledge of transportation document issuance (CT-e, MDF-e, manifests) * Experience in route planning and logistics planning * Familiarity with freight management systems (Fretebras and similar) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Analytical mindset with results orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling technical cargo, heavy equipment, or urgent operations * Knowledge of cargo tracking and monitoring * Basic understanding of fleet maintenance * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Monthly performance bonus * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
