**About the Opportunity:**
We are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** to supervise and lead logistics operations and in-house fleet management, with strong emphasis on planning, operational control, and cost optimization. This position plays a strategic role in monitoring KPIs, ensuring customer service levels, and promoting continuous improvement of logistics processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor daily route execution and driver performance via electronic spreadsheets, ensuring all customers are served as planned;
* Manage operational KPIs, such as Overtime Hours, Time Bank, OTD (On-Time Delivery), Liters/Km, and Occupancy Rate, ensuring logistics process efficiency and continuous improvement;
* Verify the generation of operational reports, pickup reports, and cargo manifests in the system, accurately recording vehicle departure and arrival times at customer sites and at the company;
* Confirm the accuracy of weights entered by drivers’ assistants in the system by cross-checking against pickup reports to ensure recorded data matches collected materials;
* Supervise and monitor truck routes in real time via the tracking system, ensuring drivers follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled times;
* Support fleet revitalization planning to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
* Interface with internal departments and suppliers to ensure operational and strategic alignment.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or Administration
* Experience in managing in-house fleets
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management, including validation of structured checklists
* Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, inventory, and logistics KPIs
* Flexibility to respond to occasional emergencies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with fleet tracking systems
* Additional training in people management
* Additional training in basic mechanics
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
