Route planning and optimization **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage transportation and fleet operations (owned and outsourced), ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery. * Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (costs, productivity, service level). * Negotiate with carriers and control costs (freight, maintenance, fuel). * Plan and optimize pickup and delivery routes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. * Lead driver teams, promoting supervision, development, and compliance with safety regulations. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in fleet and transportation management, as well as operational team leadership. * Knowledge of route optimization and logistics cost control. * Experience with logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of carrier negotiation and contract management.
