Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and controlling routes, managing deliveries and pickups, leading the operational team, overseeing fleet and performance indicators, and standardizing processes. Route Planning and Control** * Define and optimize routes for linen/uniform collection and delivery * Schedule timings according to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) * Adjust routes in case of emergencies, delays, or operational changes * Reduce fuel costs, travel time, and fleet wear **2\. Delivery and Pickup Management** * Monitor on-time delivery compliance * Ensure accurate volume verification (inbound and outbound) * Address incidents such as losses, damages, or discrepancies * Maintain direct communication with customers in critical cases **3\. Operational Team Management** * Lead drivers, assistants, and logistical support staff * Assign tasks and work schedules * Monitor performance, punctuality, and conduct * Train staff on procedures, safety, and best practices * Provide feedback and support employee development **4\. Fleet Control** * Monitor vehicle usage * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage documentation (licensing, insurance, tachograph, etc.) * Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations **5\. Performance Indicator (KPI) Control** * On-time deliveries * Rework or return rate * Productivity per route * Fuel consumption * Absenteeism and staff turnover **7\.
