Job Summary: Lead and supervise drivers and logistics support staff, optimize routes, manage contracts, and implement technologies to improve transportation efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. KPI analysis and implementation of technologies for efficiency **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and supervise drivers and logistics support staff; * Develop and manage work schedules for drivers and assistants; * Plan and optimize transportation routes, considering deadlines, vehicle capacity, and traffic conditions; * Supervise transportation logistics, including procurement and quotation of third-party freight services; * Implement and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate transportation efficiency; * Regularly analyze vehicle conditions and schedule maintenance as needed; * Ensure compliance with road transportation safety regulations; * Inspect and maintain up-to-date documentation related to vehicles and personnel (drivers and assistants); * Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations; * Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation service providers; * Monitor cargo loading and unloading to ensure product integrity when required; * Analyze and optimize logistics costs; * Implement new technologies and systems to improve transportation efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required; * Experience in warehousing and transportation required; * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) required; * Knowledge of people leadership required.
