JOB MISSION:
Responsible for physical inventory counting, stock control, and movement of active products, including unloading pallets from trucks and trailers, recording materials in the stock system using radio frequency devices, and making them available to Internal Assistants. Responsible for storing pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, in compliance with company safety rules and policies. May perform internal truck maneuvering when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure removal of product pallets and their availability to Internal Assistants to meet order requirements.
Ensure storage of pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, in compliance with company safety rules and policies, to facilitate loading of pull-out trucks.
Ensure loading and unloading of pallets from trucks and their storage in the product warehouse, arranging older products in front of newly delivered stock to ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO), so that products with more advanced production dates reach the market earlier than newer ones.
Perform daily forklift checklists to maintain equipment in operational condition and report maintenance needs.
Ensure LPG refueling of forklifts only if authorized to perform this task, aiming to guarantee process safety.
Conduct product and material verification upon vehicle entry and exit, executing relevant operational procedures to confirm order compliance with the Invoice.
Inspect returned containers in route vehicles, ensuring drivers follow the verification procedure to prevent stock discrepancies.
Identify and report daily breakages occurring on routes, in the yard, during exchanges, and during pull-outs to ensure inventory data accuracy.
Perform daily and monthly inventory counts per predefined procedures to enable immediate identification and action upon detecting any discrepancies.
Maneuver internal vehicles to position them correctly for smooth loading operations.
Contribute to maintaining trucks in good condition through regular vehicle cleaning.
Guide proper cargo distribution across the trailer body, balancing axle loads and ensuring cargo safety.
Support the loading process through product separation and movement.
Promote and disseminate SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) culture, seeking a safer workplace grounded in internal norms, guidelines, and procedures, always emphasizing risk awareness and prevention.
Perform loading and unloading of finished goods and fast-moving active items transferred from other units or plants.
Perform daily inventory of heavy merchandising assets (tables, chairs, refrigerators).
Ensure physical integrity of products and assets during movement within the warehouse.
Apply handling and storage procedures per the Product and Material Handling and Storage Manual (normative document).
Identify and report bottle scrap during the sorting process when detected.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed high school education.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class B driver’s license.
Forklift operator certification (NR11\).
