Job Summary: Professional to manage logistics operations, fleets, drivers, and route optimization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of logistics and fleet operations 2. Route optimization and freight rate analysis for improved margins 3. Direct contact with customers for operational coordination - Logistics operations management; - Fleet drivers management; - Vehicle availability monitoring; - Monitoring available loads on the portal; - Load scheduling; - End-to-end management of cargo trips assigned to fleets under your responsibility; - Incident tracking and delivery receipt analysis; - Direct coordination with the team to analyze routes and freight rates for better margins and operational accuracy; - Monitoring the load dashboard for vehicle optimization and scheduling; - Flow and loading control, tariff analysis, and optimal route selection; - Operational analysis and commercial support; - Follow-up (FUP) and team organization for spreadsheet control and system data entry; - Direct customer contact for operational coordination when necessary. **Requirements**: - Relevant experience in the role; - Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration and/or Logistics; - ERP system knowledge. **Benefits**: - Meal allowance of BRL 400.00; - On-site lunch; - Co-payment health insurance plan; - Wellhub plan (Gympass); - Conexa Saúde plan; - University partnership benefits.
