Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile professional to join our billing team, responsible for managing registrations, issuing transportation tax documents, and providing operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Full-cycle involvement in issuing CT-e, MDF-e, and other tax documents. 2. Guarantee of tax compliance and direct operational support. 3. If you are proficient in transportation tax document workflows and seek a dynamic environment, this role is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Registration Management:** Validation and registration of third-party drivers and fleets in the internal system. * **Document Issuance:** Full-cycle operation for issuing **CT\-e, MDF\-e, Collection Order, VPO, CF, and CIOT**. * **Tax Compliance:** Ensuring all documents are issued correctly according to current legislation and the specific requirements of each operation. * **Operational Support:** Direct interface with drivers and the operations department for cargo release. ### **Desired Profile (Requirements and Skills)** * **Technical Expertise:** Solid knowledge of transportation documents and agility in using issuance systems (TMS/ERP). * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to meticulously review data to prevent issuance errors or tax inconsistencies. * **Communication and Teamwork:** Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with drivers and clients, as well as ease working collaboratively. * **Resilience:** Emotional balance to handle high-volume workloads and tight deadlines (stress management). * **Ethical Conduct:** Full commitment to confidentiality of information and integrity of company data. * **Proactivity:** Anticipating potential documentation issues before vehicle departure. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in medium- or large-scale transportation companies. * Up-to-date knowledge of ICMS legislation and ANTT regulations. ### **What We Offer** * Salary aligned with the industry’s minimum wage; * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Gympass/Wellhub.
