Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for registering customers and drivers, monitoring licenses and certifications, organizing documentation for cargo transportation, and controlling logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of licenses and certifications for cargo transportation 2. Organization and finalization of documentation for billing processes 3. Control and updating of spreadsheets, and tracking of trips * Register customers and drivers in the Bsoft system. * Monitor deadlines and request renewal of licenses and certifications for cargo transportation. * Organize and request stickers with IMO hazardous cargo symbols, if necessary; schedule delivery/pickup of full and empty containers at loading terminals. * Arrange printing and finalization of process documents for submission to Billing. * Track container washing processes in terminal systems, requesting clearance and payment. * Track and update control spreadsheets. * Track and record trips in the GR. * Perform other departmental tasks as required. * Knowledge of CTE issuance is a plus. * Familiarity with the Bsoft system; completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
