Verify transportation suppliers' invoices to ensure accurate accounting and payment; Verify fuel expenses for the warehouse; Monitor vehicle tachograph data, analyzing fuel consumption, speed, and performance; Authorize truck departures according to the schedule, handling and reporting any incidents; Maintain and update driver registration records; Input and monitor driver traffic fines in coordination with the Human Resources Department; Keep freight/billing records updated; Follow Logistics department procedures and guidelines; Support the department's analyst in daily sector routines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; Knowledge of administrative/logistical routines; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; SAP system knowledge.
