Support for SLA and logistics performance indicator management GLOVIS BRAZIL LOGISTICS | Piracicaba | SP | On-site Job Description We are seeking a candidate to work as a Logistics Assistant on the third shift (night shift), responsible for operational monitoring of pickups, transfers, and deliveries, ensuring on-time tracking and compliance with established deadlines. Monitor trips daily, performing follow-up with customers regarding status, timing, and potential deviations. Provide operational support to drivers, advising on routes, procedures, documentation, and incidents. Record and update information in systems and spreadsheets; support SLA and logistics performance indicator management; identify non-conformities; and contribute to corrective actions, ensuring smooth and high-quality logistics operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform on-time tracking of pickups, trips, and deliveries. * Monitor operational status, ensuring deadline compliance. * Conduct follow-up with customers. * Provide operational support to drivers. * Update and manage information in logistics systems and spreadsheets. * Support SLA and operational performance indicator management. * Record and report operational incidents. * Support basic performance analysis. * Contribute to process improvements. * Support ad-hoc logistics department requests. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics routines, preferably in monitoring pickups, trips, and deliveries. * Experience in operational tracking, including monitoring deadlines, schedules, and operational status. * Experience in customer follow-up, providing updates on operational progress and incidents. * Experience in operational driver support, assisting with routes, schedules, procedures, and incident resolution. * Experience recording and managing information in logistics systems and spreadsheets.
