Focus on safety, organization, and operational quality * Title: * Loading Operator * Unit: * Binatural Goiás * Education: * High school diploma completed * Specific knowledge and skills: * NR 33 (Confined space work) certification desirable * NR 35 (Work at heights) certification desirable * Proactivity, engagement, agility, integrity, and interpersonal skills * Responsibilities: * Perform physical measurements of storage tanks for raw materials and products, record product temperature and volume in tanks, and report information to PCP. * Collect samples of stored products in tanks according to Quality Control (LCQ) requirements and with LCQ authorization. * Verify seals on raw material and input cargo loads and confirm other cargo data; complete tanker truck checklists; unload products upon LCQ authorization. * Conduct tanker truck checklists, load finished products, collect witness samples directed to LCQ, seal cargo loads, and direct CT to the weighbridge. * Perform appearance, specific gravity, and temperature tests for each biodiesel load and record results on the loading control sheet, which will be directed to the weighbridge. * Ensure proper use of PPE and strict compliance with internal safety and environmental regulations. * Connect/disconnect steam for solidified animal fat or palm oil cargo loads. * Clean biodiesel tanks when necessary. * Control, store, and properly dispose of waste generated by activities per the company’s presented plan. * Guide drivers regarding correct maneuvering of trucks on loading/unloading platforms and proper use of PPE. * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of materials, equipment, and the workplace, complying with 5S standards. * Accurately complete the shift handover minutes (ATA). * Maintain traceability control of tanker truck seals.
