




Job Summary: The professional will prepare, serve, and receive meals; perform pre-preparation tasks; assist cooks; organize and sanitize equipment; and help with deliveries and sector hygiene. Assistance in various food service and hygiene routines hPrepare and serve breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, and dinner items; receive and serve lunch and dinner; assemble therapeutic diets; perform general pre-preparation for raw or cooked items; assist cooks in meal preparation, including griddle and oven operations, tray and meal box assembly and weighing, and assist in finalizing preparations and dispatch. Organize and sanitize equipment, utensils, and the sector and pantry infrastructure; assist with deliveries alongside drivers. Clean the restroom (a restroom exclusively for company use, with traffic from staff working different shifts) and collect and dispose of garbage. Assist in preparing bread, snacks, salad, and desserts. Know and execute routines across all units when required.
