Support incident management and continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Monitor and coordinate transportation execution, from scheduling to trip completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and operational efficiency; Monitor trip performance and vehicle movement, identifying deviations, anomalies, and improvement opportunities; Verify trips on customer portals, ensuring alignment between scheduling and execution; Update internal systems with operational and financial information, including payment controls (unloading, parking, etc.); Issue and track loading orders, appointments, and other transportation documents; Ensure clear and assertive communication with drivers, conveying route, timing, loading/unloading location, and procedural information; Support incident management—such as damages and cargo shifts—contributing to resolution and improvements; Collaborate closely with departments including Finance, HR, and Maintenance; Manage and submit documents (CTEs, delivery confirmations, service orders, monthly driver envelopes); Support verification of driver envelopes and internal fuel control. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Six months of experience in the field **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Strong interpersonal skills Commitment Communication skills Flexibility Organization Planning ability Proactivity Responsibility Experience in this or related fields **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance; Career development plan; On-site cafeteria; Fuel allowance; Health insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- GHELERE JUNDIAI
