Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team leader to resolve issues related to payment operations. Maintain a problem-solving, positive, and constructive attitude. Possess self-management skills: capable of managing time efficiently, evaluating priorities within one’s own area of responsibility, and demonstrating strong commitment. Scope of Responsibilities * Provide operational support to drivers of the company-owned fleet, being responsible for supporting all operational payment processes. * Handle inquiries via an integrated platform and collaborate with the back-office team to resolve payment-related pending items. * Monitor performance indicators and identify recurring issues, focusing on continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements:** What you need to take on this challenge:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience in back-office roles focused on problem resolution, particularly within transportation companies
