**About the position** We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for customer, driver, and partner engagement processes involved in the company's logistics operations. This professional will ensure smooth information flow between internal and external departments, contributing to meeting operational deadlines and delivering excellent service. **Key responsibilities** * Provide first-level support to customers, drivers, and users; * Offer guidance, clarify doubts, and route requests to responsible departments; * Enter data for categorization and tabulation of service interactions and freight shipments; * Monitor logistics processes from driver registration approval through cargo delivery; * Track cargo pickups and transit times; * Support scheduling of unloading operations and receipt of documentation; * Handle operational incidents and provide first- and second-level support; * Verify availability of freight options for new assignments; * Receive, route, and send financial documents, including payment confirmations and payment schedules. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of TMS systems; * Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactive attitude and service-oriented mindset. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in customer service or logistics operations; Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
