Description
We are looking for a Control Tower Analyst to join our team in a multi-client operation focused on the healthcare sector. The professional will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing logistics operations (domestic and international), ensuring effective process execution and compliance with quality standards required by the pharmaceutical industry.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor daily transportation and warehousing operations, ensuring execution as planned.
* Track and analyze logistics performance KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing improvements.
* Manage exceptions, making rapid decisions to mitigate risks and resolve operational issues.
* Interact with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage real-time information and communication flows among all parties involved in the logistics chain.
* Maintain close contact with operations and planning teams, ensuring alignment between strategic planning and execution.
* Prepare periodic reports and present results to management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector, including good practices for transportation and storage of healthcare products.
* Participate in the implementation and optimization of logistics control systems and tools.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with logistics operators.
* Knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, and supply chain.
* Experience in real-time monitoring and control of operations.
* Analytical ability to identify problems and propose agile and effective solutions.
* Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with logistics management tools and systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, and BI).
