Job Summary: The Junior Buyer will be responsible for receiving purchase requisitions, registering suppliers, placing purchase orders, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and monitoring services. We provide human resources solutions across various fields of expertise. **Responsibilities:** Receive purchase requisitions. Register and approve suppliers in the ERP system (SAP) according to ISO procedures. Enter purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP). Contact external suppliers by phone to follow up on parts sent for repair or molds. Research new suppliers. Execute quotation processes. Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers. Negotiate exchanges and invoice returns. Maintain follow-up and preventive tracking. Finalize procurement of services, products, and raw materials. Request motorcycle courier services. Perform monthly closing of motorcycle courier services. Monitor service-related activities. Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards and procedures.
