This person will play a strategic role in driving improvements, standardizing processes, monitoring services, and leading tactical infrastructure and information security projects. **Responsibilities** * Administer and monitor infrastructure services, including networks, VPNs, servers, and cloud environments; * Implement and enhance monitoring, observability, and performance indicator tools; * Lead information security improvements in collaboration with IT governance; * Conduct access reviews, environment hardening, and implementation of preventive policies; * Lead tactical infrastructure projects, such as network expansion, link replacement, environment standardization, and backup and disaster recovery improvements; * Evaluate vendors and technical solutions, performing tests and adherence validations; * Ensure technical documentation, inventories, standards, and incident records remain up to date; * Support business areas and internal teams in system and project implementation and maintenance; * Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and IT operations processes.
