Job Summary: Responsible for training drivers on technical and behavioral aspects, leading training programs, and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and behavioral training for drivers 2. Responsible for new driver training programs 3. Team development and achievement of results Train charter bus drivers on technical and behavioral aspects, considering internal company policies, safe and economical driving practices, and current traffic legislation. Responsible for the new driver training program. In case of incidents, conduct follow-up and work with drivers on preventive measures. Identify and deliver necessary training sessions and other actions to support team development and achieve departmental goals. Must hold a Category D or E driver's license and a Passenger Transport Vehicle Course. Flexible working hours required.
