Supporting operations and the road safety management system The hospital seeks a Human Resources Assistant professional in Paulínia. **Responsibilities:** Carry out HR administrative routines and provide support to the legal department. Manage benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, medical assistance, dental assistance, and basic food basket. Enter and monitor information in systems such as Rodopar and SAP. Execute employee onboarding and registration processes, organizing documents and files. Attend to staff members and support the management of benefit cards, such as Ticket and Pamcard. Monitor Admission, Dismissal and Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs), issue reports, and support driver operations, contributing to the road safety management system. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position.
