Job Summary: Manage the procurement process for goods and services, plan sourcing and supplier strategies, and negotiate contracts—ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Manage the procurement team and handle import/export operations. **JOB: Procurement Manager - CLT** **Location:** Jardim Alvorada, Jandira/SP (CEP 06612-275) **Salary:** R$ 10,000.00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Benefits:** -> Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day -> Transportation Voucher or Fuel Assistance -> Health and Dental Plan: 100% covered by the company -> Life Insurance -> Pharmacy Partnership -> Afternoon Coffee -> Birthday Gift -> Partnerships with multiple universities **Main Responsibilities** * > Supervise procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, and on-time delivery; * > Plan and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies; * > Negotiate contracts, timelines, and commercial terms; * > Monitor supply chain performance indicators, costs, and risks; * > Manage the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives; * > Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international suppliers; * > Handle import/export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines; **Requirements:** * > Proven experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management; * > Experience in import/export operations; * > Proficiency in TOTVS system; * > Intermediate English and Intermediate Spanish; **Preferred Qualifications:** * > Experience in strategic industrial procurement management; * > Experience working with international suppliers; * > Prior experience in medium- or large-scale manufacturing industries.
