Collaborative and dynamic work environment We are looking for a proactive and committed professional to work as a General Helper in our company specializing in renting equipment for light civil construction projects. The employee will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, ensuring that equipment is always organized, clean, and ready for delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in dispatching and receiving equipment * Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment after use * Support equipment deliveries and pickups at construction sites * Organize inventory and maintain a clean and safe work environment * Perform minor adjustments or visual inspections on equipment, when necessary **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in operational roles is a plus * Good physical stamina and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team * Availability for occasional overtime **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance / Fuel assistance * Meal voucher * Basic food basket * Collaborative and dynamic work environment Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.910,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel assistance * Basic food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
