Support in deliveries and organization of the workplace **Job Description: General Helper** The **General Helper** will be responsible for supporting the company's operational activities, including workplace organization, **truck loading and unloading**, and **assistance with deliveries**, ensuring agility, safety, and efficiency in processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in **loading and unloading of goods** from trucks * Support the driver during **deliveries**, as needed * Verify shipment quantities and assist in organizing goods * Ensure product integrity during transportation * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Assist in general tasks as required by operations **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Good physical stamina * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Ability to work well in a team * Punctuality and commitment **Behavioral Competencies:** * Agility * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Good communication skills Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
