




Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire logistics of transporting new and used vehicles between dealership branches, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, process safety, and compliance with established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and control vehicle transportation among **10 branches located in the interior of São Paulo state**. * Supervise scheduling of pickups and deliveries, defining routes and priorities according to commercial demand and inventory availability. * Manage owned and/or third-party fleet, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of transport vehicles. * Monitor performance indicators (logistics costs, delivery times, fleet utilization, and productivity). * Control transportation documentation, invoices, and vehicle transfer authorizations between branches. * Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and applicable automotive transportation legislation. * Coordinate team of drivers, assistants, and service providers, promoting training and performance monitoring. * Negotiate and contract freight and transportation services when necessary, seeking better cost and time conditions. * Collaborate with **Sales, Used Cars, Workshop, and Administration departments**, aligning vehicle movement priorities according to operational and commercial demands. * Develop and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes, aiming for efficiency, safety, and sustainability. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in automotive transportation logistics or fleet management. * Knowledge of routes and transportation regulations in São Paulo state. * Skills in team management and operational cost control. * Strong communication, organization, and results orientation.
