Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and controlling vehicle fleet operations, tracking routes, planning loads, and supporting resolution of logistical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Operational monitoring and control of the vehicle fleet 2. Route planning and daily loading management 3. Support in resolving logistical issues and driver management Main Responsibilities: Monitor and control vehicle fleet operations Track routes, trips, and driver performance Plan and organize vehicle loading and departures Monitor delivery deadlines and operational incidents Control fueling, operational costs, and performance indicators Use spreadsheets and management systems to monitor operations Support the operations team in resolving logistical issues Assist in recruiting partner drivers for the company-owned fleet Confirm daily routes with customers Develop and adjust the daily driver and vehicle schedule for loading operations Manage driver inquiries and conflicts during operations Monitor the loading process to ensure correct execution of tasks Monitor loading, delivery, and return operations Track routes on the platform to ensure optimal performance Enforce preventive vehicle maintenance with drivers Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields Knowledge of logistical routines and operational control Intermediate proficiency in Excel or control spreadsheets Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity Additional Preferences: Experience in fleet or road transportation management Experience in beverage loading operations Logistics experience, especially in yard and fleet management Experience managing relationships with affiliated and transportation partner drivers Knowledge of operational and transportation routines Work Location: Distrito Industrial, João Pessoa/PB Salary: BRL 2.750,00 (CLT) + bonus Compensation: BRL 2.700,00 – BRL 2.750,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
