Acts as the liaison between suppliers, drivers, and internal departments, seeking process optimization and risk reduction. * Manage light and/or heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring availability and proper operation. * Monitor and control costs related to fuel, maintenance, traffic fines, and other inputs. * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Negotiate with service providers and leasing companies. * Monitor fleet performance indicators (e.g., kilometers driven, fuel consumption, cost per vehicle). * Support the definition of vehicle usage policies and safe driving practices. * Use fleet management systems and telematics tools. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and traffic legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * **Availability to work at our São Cristóvão or Belford Roxo/Realengo base;** * Brazilian Driver’s License (CNH) Category B; * Prior experience in this role, preferably in companies with medium- or large-sized fleets; * Knowledge of fleet management systems; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with the transparency and reliability of each team member.
