The Junior Fleet Analyst is responsible for assisting in managing the company's vehicle fleet, performing control of maintenance, fueling, documentation, and other related activities. This professional works collaboratively with the team, contributing to the efficiency and safety of logistics operations. * Register and manage geofence polygons; * Verify geofence polygon coverage; * Record DSR (Days of Rest); * Extract Non-Conformance Report; * Verify truck swaps in the system; * Record daily allowances; * Verify vehicle positions (mirroring); * Extract total Non-Conformance Report; * Add vehicles to the working hours control platform; * Register new drivers on the working hours control platform. * Contact equipment supplier to schedule maintenance; * Open a service order (S.O.) for equipment maintenance; * Schedule a maintenance date (align with scheduling); * Align empty container scheduling (fleet); * Enter empty container scheduling into the spreadsheet; * Retrieve cargo information from the GTO group (WhatsApp) and enter it into the spreadsheet; * Align full container scheduling (fleet); * Enter driver information for upcoming trips into the GTO group; * Issue subcontracted freight (third-party freight); * Update drivers in the tracking system when vehicle changes occur; * Retrieve data from the USB drive located at the fueling station; * Export retrieved data to the system (VDO); * Monitor and submit driver working hours control reports; * Retrieve speed reports for issuing warnings.
