Recruitment and Selection Consulting is seeking a Fleet Analyst professional in Fortaleza. Suport RH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment and selection services as well as consulting in people management. Its focus is to help organizations optimize their hiring and talent development processes. **Responsibilities:** Oversee, monitor, and analyze the entire fleet operation, ensuring vehicle availability and efficiency. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance, tracking deadlines and schedules. Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and driver behavior. Manage fleet documentation: licensing, insurance, IPVA (state tax on motor vehicles), traffic fines, contracts, and vehicle tracking. Track KPIs such as cost per kilometer, vehicle availability, maintenance, and productivity. Monitor insurance claims and coordinate with insurers, repair shops, and service providers. Validate fleet-related invoicing: maintenance, vehicle rentals, fuel, tolls, and tracking services. Support route planning, distribution, and operational monitoring. Implement and monitor fleet management, tracking, and telematics systems. Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses. Propose and implement continuous improvements and cost optimization. Perform tasks related to standard Fleet Analyst duties. Position based in Fortaleza / CE.
