The **iCities** team is seeking a **Financial Analyst** to join our finance team! We are looking for an organized, committed professional with strong attention to detail to ensure efficiency and control over the company's financial routines. **Who Are We?** **iCities** is a pioneer in smart cities in Brazil. We act as the strategic link between the public and private sectors, enabling projects that transform urban development and enhance people's quality of life. **What You Will Do:** Perform collections, issue payment reminders to clients, and reconcile received invoices, keeping cash flow up to date. Monitor and verify supplier payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal policies. Execute daily bank transaction reconciliations, identify discrepancies, analyze fees, and report detailed inconsistencies to the finance management team. Issue service invoices (NFS\-e) and product invoices (NF\-e). Receive and verify invoices (NF\-e/NFS\-e), focusing on validation of withheld taxes, registration data, and agreed commercial terms. Develop and update financial controls and periodic reports. Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and colleagues, addressing questions regarding payments, invoices, and internal workflows.
