**We are seeking professionals to join our team and perform the following activities:** * Control the receipt of fines and record them in the system; * Register third-party accidents in the system, initiating the claims process; * Compare drivers' logbooks with GPS tracking data, issuing notifications if any discrepancies arise; * Manage fuel voucher purchases for sales consultants and managers; * Request ID badge purchases for employees; * Register drivers with the insurance company; * Assist the Human Resources and Personnel Department as needed. **We seek professionals who have:** * Experience in the role * Familiarity with administrative functions * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields aligned with the scope of work) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in logistics or transportation companies will be considered an advantage Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$1\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
