DESCRIPTION: * Conduct technical and operational training for drivers; * Perform technical vehicle handover to customers, demonstrating features and providing usage instructions; * Deliver training in accordance with MAN model updates and factory guidelines; * Support sales and after-sales departments in technical demonstrations and product presentations; * Conduct truck tests as requested by customers or the after-sales department; * Receive customers and direct them to the responsible departments; * Provide support to the workshop and used-vehicle department when necessary; * Accompany technical demonstrations alongside commercial consultants; * Comply with company safety, health, environmental, and internal procedural standards; * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category E (mandatory); * Minimum of one year of professional driving experience; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, committed, and responsible; * Availability for travel and weekend work.
