Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and delivering theoretical and practical training for drivers, as well as supervising and evaluating the driver team during trips. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct driver training sessions 2. Supervise and evaluate the driver team 3. Provide guidance during trips **DESIRABLE** * Completed elementary education; * Experience as a driver instructor; experience with tractor-trailers; * Class E driver's license; * EAR (Engaged in Remunerated Activity); **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical training related to the driver role, in accordance with current legislation and company-established quality standards; * Supervise and evaluate the driver team; * Accompany drivers on trips, providing guidance regarding regulations related to the activity.
