Job Summary: A professional responsible for driving vehicles, performing deliveries, maintaining the vehicle, completing reports, and maintaining good relationships with customers, ensuring safety and punctuality. Key Highlights: 1. Drive vehicles and perform deliveries safely and punctually. 2. Maintain and clean the vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations. 3. Maintain good relationships with customers and the operational team. Drive vehicles as required by operational needs, Deliver goods, ensuring punctuality and safety; Inspect the vehicle daily (oil, fuel, tires, brakes, documentation, etc.). Ensure vehicle cleanliness, preservation, and preventive maintenance; Complete trip reports, mileage logs, and fuel consumption records; Comply with traffic regulations and company internal policies; Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary; Immediately report any irregularities or incidents to supervisors; Maintain good relationships with customers and the operational team; Responsible for cash handling Verify invoices against goods at time of delivery; Account for returned or rejected goods and their respective invoices Work in accordance with internal procedures for handling, storage, and safety; Ensure deliveries comply with the "Crescer + Broker" Excellence Program; **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed elementary school (high school completion preferred); **License:** CNH license category compatible with the vehicle (B, C, D, or E). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver. **Desired Knowledge:** Defensive driving and first aid. Basic mechanical knowledge. Routes and regions served by the company.
