Friendly and professional customer service DRIVER \- License Category: B Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Valid driver's license Category B (without restrictions); \- Previous experience as a driver, preferably with distribution companies or product deliveries; \- Experience/knowledge of routes and logistics within the operational region (SP); \- Ability to handle fragile and high-value items carefully; \- Availability to work flexible hours; \- Good communication skills and personal presentation; Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of products, ensuring the integrity of goods, adherence to delivery deadlines, and customer satisfaction. 1\. Transportation and Logistics \- Deliver products to customers, distributors, and partners; \- Ensure safety and integrity of goods during transportation. 2\. Route Planning \- Plan routes to optimize time and reduce transportation costs; \- Adhere to pre-established delivery schedules and deadlines. 3\. Verification and Documentation \- Verify vehicle loading, checking invoices and quantities; \- Record deliveries and pickups in company-designated systems or applications. 4\. Vehicle Maintenance and Care \- Perform daily vehicle checklists (fuel, tires, brakes, etc.); \- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and good condition; \- Immediately report any maintenance needs; 5\. Customer Relations \- Provide friendly and professional service during deliveries; \- Answer basic questions regarding transportation, if necessary.
