Responsibilities: Supervise distribution operations, including loading, route planning, dispatch, and deliveries; Ensure adherence to deadlines, routes, and service level agreements (SLAs); Manage and develop driver, helper, and operational teams; Monitor performance indicators (On-Time In-Full, productivity, damages, costs, and operational efficiency); Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transportation regulatory standards; Oversee fleet control, documentation, vehicle maintenance, and utilization; Drive continuous improvement in distribution and logistics processes; Support internal and external audits related to operations. Requirements: Prior experience in leading distribution, transportation, or logistics operations; Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and logistics KPIs; Hands-on experience in operational control and delivery tracking; Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS/WMS) and intermediate or advanced Excel skills; People management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
