Job Summary: A professional responsible for cashier operations, in-person and telephone customer service, and delivery management in a restaurant environment. Key Highlights: 1. Cashier operations and order closing 2. Customer service and delivery management 3. Experience with delivery platforms **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Cash register opening and closing; Order and table check closing; Operation on delivery platforms: Telephone delivery support; Delivery dispatch; Motorcycle courier reconciliation; Telephone customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** Relevant experience (supermarket or restaurant cashier); Flexible availability; Experience with iFood; Completed high school education; Enjoying interaction with the public. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Weekdays: Monday to Friday, night shift from 5:15 PM to 11:50 PM; Weekends and holidays: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:50 PM; Days off: One day per week and one Sunday per month. **BENEFITS:** R$ 500.00 (performance bonus + target); Transportation allowance; Meal benefit; Weekly day off and one Sunday off per month.
