Work following technical, quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, and health procedures. * Maintain daily personal appearance in accordance with company and customer requirements; * Verify cargo in advance against the corresponding loading list; * Perform unloading of customer products from dealership vehicles; * Assist drivers in operational delivery-related tasks, such as vehicle maneuvering; * Deliver products according to customer-required standards; * Check conformity of returnable containers; * Provide daily physical volume (carton) reconciliation reports to customers; * Ensure vehicle maintenance and proper use of auxiliary equipment; * Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; * Correctly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; * Commit to operational targets jointly defined with the customer, DPO, and Excellence Program; * Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the role.
