Care for people and team spirit **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM — Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **About the Company** La Boulangerie has been a reference in French artisanal baking in Brasília since 2007\. We use natural fermentation, respect the time required for each process, and maintain a strong commitment to quality, tradition, and care for people. **About the Position** We are seeking a responsible and committed Delivery Driver who operates with safety, punctuality, and organization, ensuring our products reach customers and company units in excellent condition. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform deliveries between company units, events, and sales points * Verify, load, and unload goods * Ensure product integrity during transportation * Assist in order and inventory organization * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preservation * Follow assigned routes and deadlines * Complete route and delivery records * Support operational demands and events when necessary **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Category B with EAR endorsement (mandatory) * Experience as a delivery driver or similar role * Familiarity with urban routes and GPS usage * Flexible availability regarding working hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail/food delivery * Experience supporting events or fairs * Basic customer service skills **Requirements:** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Responsible and deadline-oriented * Organized and attentive to cargo and vehicle handling * Proactive with strong communication skills * Willing to perform operational tasks (loading/unloading) * Team-oriented and professionally minded **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.838,00 * Service fee (per internal policy) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Corporate Food Basket (36 kg, per internal rules) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 2:20 PM (Occasional Sundays as needed) **Join Our Team** If you seek stability, professional growth, and wish to work for a company that values quality and people, grow with us! **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Basic Food Basket, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Allowance
