Job Summary: A professional responsible for external deliveries and collections, route optimization, documentation completion, and motorcycle maintenance, in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver and collect various documents and materials 2. Execute routes efficiently and safely 3. Maintain the motorcycle and comply with traffic regulations **1\. Perform External Deliveries and Collections** * Deliver contracts, vehicle branding kits, promotional materials, bills, payment slips, or gifts to members; * Collect signed documents, proof of delivery, inspection reports, and other materials as required. **2\. Execute Routes Efficiently and Safely** * Follow routes defined by the operations team or perform on-demand deliveries; * Optimize travel time while respecting deadlines and priorities. **3\. Complete and File Documentation** * Collect signatures, fill out delivery receipts, and ensure materials are correctly returned to the company headquarters. **4\. Maintain the Motorcycle and Delivery Equipment** * Perform minor preventive maintenance, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition. **5\. Comply with Traffic Regulations and Company Rules** Practice defensive driving, adhere to legislation, and follow internal policies regarding conduct and safety.
