Delivery Assistant

Description

Responsible for locating and retrieving products to be delivered to sales points, verifying the invoice number against the identification label on the box, and organizing the cargo in the vehicle to assist the delivery driver in performing their duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1) Verify quantities, categories, prices, and brands listed on invoices with customers, according to the sale made. 2) Receive cash corresponding to pre-arranged sales, and complete related documentation when requested, carefully checking amounts stated on invoices to arrange respective deposits; 3) Transport merchandising materials whenever requested, handling their movement as well as their preservation and cleaning according to instructions received. 4) Assist the delivery driver in closing account settlements upon completion of operations. 5) Collect cardboard boxes, checks, FCB, RCCA, and fiscal documents from customers. 6) Remove used labels from cardboard boxes returned to the company's warehouse. 7) Perform an internal vehicle cleaning checklist upon completion of operations. 8) Carry out other related activities of equivalent difficulty level within their area of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
