Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative (SAC) for Use By Me who understands the importance of safeguarding the brand’s relationship with each customer through exceptional service. Resolution of sensitive cases with empathy and firmness Position: E-commerce Customer Service Representative (SAC) — Use By Me Use By Me is a women's fashion brand specializing in tailoring and office wear, having shipped over 20,000 orders and cultivated an engaged social media community. We seek a customer service representative who understands that SAC is not about "closing tickets" — it’s about protecting the brand’s relationship with every customer. What You’ll Do * Assist customers via WhatsApp (Nextags / Official Meta API), Instagram, email, and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop). * Manage post-purchase processes: order status, delivery timelines, exchanges, and returns. * Advise on garment sizing, measurements, and fit. * Resolve sensitive cases (delays, defects, refunds, Reclame Aqui) with empathy and firmness. * Reinforce customer support during peak periods (live streams, product launches, campaigns). * Operate within NuvemShop, marketplaces, and Olist ERP. * Relay customer feedback to product, production, and marketing teams. Requirements * Strong written communication skills, with no Portuguese grammar errors. * Prior experience in customer service, SAC, reception, or sales. * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business. * Ability to organize and manage multiple channels simultaneously. * Patience, empathy, and composure under pressure. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in e-commerce (NuvemShop, Mercado Livre, Shopee, TikTok Shop). * Experience with WhatsApp CRM platforms (Nextags, Take Blip, Zenvia, Octadesk). * Knowledge of ERP systems (Olist, Bling, Tiny). * Genuine interest in women's fashion. Location and Schedule Vila Formosa, São Paulo/SP — Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with a 1-hour break).
