The role involves public interaction, cash register operation, and general customer support, ensuring a positive experience throughout all customer interactions. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide friendly customer service at the counter and tables; * Present the menu, take orders, and address customer inquiries; * Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue fiscal receipts/invoices; * Handle requests, exchanges, and various customer needs, always prioritizing a positive customer experience. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school; * Experience: Customer service experience preferred; * Behavioral profile: Strong communication skills, agility, organization, and proactivity. **Location:** São José do Rio Preto – SP **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract **Salary:** R$ 2.363,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 250.00 + Transportation allowance + Collective vacations twice per year **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Collective vacations twice per year, Meal allowance R$ 250.00
