Concession stand organization and customer inquiry resolution We are seeking a dynamic and communicative professional to provide customer service, conduct sales, and operate the concession stand, contributing to a complete and enjoyable cinema experience. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Sell tickets and concession stand products (popcorn, beverages, snacks, etc.); * Operate the cash register, including opening, closing, and cash handling; * Organize the concession stand, ensuring proper product display; * Address customer inquiries and provide guidance on showtimes, theaters, and products. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off — with fixed day off and one Sunday per month; * Working hours: Full-time.
