Resolution of appointment-related and administrative issues We seek a committed intern to join our Customer Service Center team, playing a fundamental role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients. **Responsibilities:** \-Provide empathetic telephone and online channel customer service; \-Manage appointments for consultations, exams, and procedures; \-Provide clear information regarding procedures and exams, as well as pre- and post-consultation instructions, ensuring patients understand the care processes; \-Identify and resolve issues related to appointments, billing, and other administrative matters; **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in high school, undergraduate, or technical education. **Location:** Campinas Shopping **Schedule:** 2 positions \- Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM / Saturday \- Rotating shifts (subject to change) 2 positions \- Monday to Friday \- 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM / Saturday \- Rotating shifts (subject to change) **Stipend:** R$600.00 for high school students; R$900.00 for undergraduate or technical students **Benefits:** \-Transportation allowance of R$13.00 per workday. \-Meal allowance of R$215.00 per month. \-ResolveSaúde benefits card. \-Total Pass for individuals aged 18 and over.
