Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and results-oriented professional to lead our customer service team at a multidisciplinary dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client service contracts, supervising and training staff, managing sales data, and driving growth through effective commercial strategies. **Responsibilities**: * Draft service contracts according to the treatment plans offered to patients. * Develop and implement training strategies for receptionists and commercial attendants, ensuring exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of the services offered. * Supervise and analyze reception and sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions through reports and data. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that increase the clinic's service visibility. * Provide regular feedback to the team and conduct performance evaluations. * Budgeting for material purchases and purchase requisitions. **Qualifications**: * Proven experience in commercial supervision, preferably within the healthcare or dental sector. * Proficiency in training and developing reception and sales teams. * Strong analytical ability and experience with data analysis tools. * Advanced Excel skills. Power BI knowledge is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
