Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** Responsibilities and duties: * Operate equipment or appliances used for food preparation and handling, including heating or refrigeration units, in accordance with the unit’s standard procedures. * Handle, select, clean, sanitize, and perform preliminary food preparation in compliance with good food-handling practices. * Distribute meals to designated locations and intended recipients per the unit’s protocol, and collect utensils after use. * Collect samples of distributed food items according to the scheduled plan and in compliance with the unit’s standard norms and procedures. * Monitor food consumption and leftovers in accordance with each unit’s established procedures.
